Important Information
for ChatGPT One to One Bookings

• To get the most from your session, you will need an active ChatGPT Plus or Pro subscription.
• Please use a laptop or desktop computer with ChatGPT already set up before your session. A mobile phone is not recommended during the training itself, although you may of course use ChatGPT on your phone afterwards.
• After payment, you will be directed to a calender to request a time and date for your session.
• After payment, you will receive a short questionnaire. Please complete and return it at least 48 hours before your session so I can prepare properly for your business and goals.
• Your Zoom link will be sent to you approximately 24 hours before your session. A free Zoom account is perfectly sufficient for these sessions.
• Sessions may be recorded and shared privately with you afterwards for personal reference only. Recordings are never made public or shared with third parties.
• Please note, these sessions are designed to provide practical guidance, education, and support tailored to your business and goals. As every business is different, specific results, income increases, audience growth, or business outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
• The effectiveness of AI tools depends heavily on implementation, consistency, business context, and the quality of information provided during the session.
• You are responsible for implementing any ideas, workflows, prompts, or strategies discussed during the training.
• While every effort will be made to support you during the session, I cannot provide ongoing technical support outside of booked sessions unless otherwise agreed. Shorter 45 minute and 30 minute sessions are available.
• All information shared during your session will be treated as confidential and will never be shared publicly by us.
• Refund policy:
  • Cancellation more than 96 hours before your session: Full refund or free reschedule
  • Cancellation 72 to 96 hours before your session: 50% refund
  • Cancellation 48 to 72 hours before your session: 25% refund
  • Cancellation less than 48 hours before your session: No refund
• All cancellations must be made by email to hello@carmenjean.com and are only valid once confirmed by email. Refund timings are calculated from the time your cancellation email is received (Paris time).
• If I (CarmenJean) ever need to cancel your session for any reason, you will always be offered either a full refund, or the option to reschedule to a mutually suitable time. You may choose whichever option works best for you.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session will be treated as a no-show and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
